At Cosmeticconsult Skin Ltd T/A Cosmetic Consult, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our skincare products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at hello@thecosmeticconsult.co.uk or by post to the registered address above within this 14-day period.

2. Conditions for Returns

Please note that due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns if the product packaging has been opened or tampered with, as it may pose a risk to hygiene and safety.

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

3. Returns Process

Once you have notified us of your wish to return an item, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product to the following address:

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, provided it meets the conditions for returns, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect. You are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us in good condition.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
